ACTIVITY 1 - Responsible Use of Technology


Please view the video Be Cyber Smart - Manners--Social, Legal and Ethical Responsibilities.  This video is serious in nature and talks about the risks of practicing unethical behavior while in "cyberspace".  Take a few minutes to watch the video, then review with the adult(s) in your home the expectations for technology used in the classroom.

ACTIVITY 2 - Critical Thinking

In the image are the faces of famous men and women in American history.  After looking closely at the image, describe what you see in the faces of these individuals.  What is their place in history and why did the artist use them to represent our nation in this collage? What other key elements are used in this collage that are representative of our countries history?  Post your response.
